We are prepared
to carry out the role of client representative for all technical,
contractual and project management matters related to the project.
The scope of our work may be summarized as follow:
1. Laise with you to define your requirements and needs of this
project.
2. Appoint a consulting/engineering firm to carry out the
design and supervision works.
3. Review the design prepared by the consultant and follow up
all design and tendering matters.
4. Develop a programme for all design and pre-construction
works.
5. Develop a master plan for construction works on which the
contractor must base his detailed programme of works.
6. Prepare a budget cost estimate for the project.
7. Develop all contract documents required to carry out the
project.
8. Establish and implement a project control system to
control the progress, budget and quality.
9. Develop the project planning activities in order to obtain
a detailed construction programme.
10. Prepare regular progress report every month or whenever
required. The progress report will give you a very comprehensive
idea about the progress status and keep you always aware of the site
situation.
In General, our task is to be sure that the project will be executed
on time, within budget and to the specification.
