management support services includes, but not limited to:
Project Planning
Project definition starts when a client/investor first develops the
idea for a project. It then continues till the time when the last
element of the Project has been delivered. The process requires a
proper description of the Project covering key element such as
performance characteristics, Total expected expenditure, expected
date of completion, cash flow projection, labour/material/machinery
scheduling. We provide Project Planning Services, which includes
CPM, resources loading, budgeting, work breakdown analysis and
related project schedule reports.
Project Monitoring
Proper Project planning sets the framework for a successful project,
Proper project monitoring and control turn the plan into reality.
Key requirement for any control effort is ability to monitor the
effect of any command given. This information is fed back into the
original plan to evaluate performance and take necessary actions to
keep the Project on course. Our Project Monitoring team will collect
data form site at periodic intervals, update the Project Programme,
generate progress monitoring reports and provide an accurate review
of performance.
Claim Analysis
We provide construction claim and delay input analysis. In
conjunction with monthly schedule updates and project status,
various delay factors are determined. These effects are analyzed
during reviews with clients and impacts are addressed. We believe
the CPM schedule and close monitoring are the best ways to evaluate
delays from either owner or Contractors perspectives. Projects are
analyzed during periodic reviews with client and contract impacts
are addressed at that time. This allows immediate resolution of
delays and helps eliminate later costly claim suits.
Contract Management
Any large-scale project involves thousands of details. This includes
transmittals, submittals, and bid documents, drawings, change
orders, and Purchase orders, meeting logs and daily reports. We can
manage all contract management activities for a client so that
everyone involved in the contract - Surveyors, Consultants, Clients,
Architects; Engineering - can have the information they need to get
the job done on time.
