1. Study the project and prepare a planning method
statement.
2. Divide the project into sections based on the
construction and planning method.
3. Prepare detailed quantification for each

4. Prepare master plan and discuss it with site
staff.
5. Prepare detailed construction program based
on critical path method, using one of the best planning software
(Primavera for windows V.2).
6. Prepare labour and machines Histogram.
7. Prepare material procurement schedule.
8. Prepare cash flow.
9. Follow up the submission of the program,
attend any necessary meeting, incorporate any comments raised by the
consultant/client (If any) till the final approval from
client/consultant.
10. Update the construction program whenever required
and prepare a detailed progress report so that the project is
monitored very closely. The report will include the reasons of
delays (If any) and suggestions to recover it.
11. By monitoring the progress periodically, we will
have all the realistic data to prepare claims (if any) for the
extension of time occurred due to variation/additional item,
hurdles or any unforeseen circumstances.
We are well equipped with the best available hardware and software,
which enable us to meet our clients requirements to the best
standard. We are using Primavera Project Planner P3(r) for
Windows(r) ver.2.0 to do all above delicate work. Infact, P3(r) is
the world leading project management softwares and it is equally
good as it can exchange data with other planning projects such as
Sure Track, MS Project, Expedition etc. It has wide range of coding
and reporting system, which enables to generate different synopsis
and detailed presentation.
